A.G. continues to invest in its manufacturing operations with facility improvements, new equipment, and shop floor reorganization at its facility in Weyers Cave, Virginia.
Following the completion of a second 25,000-square-foot facility expansion just over a year ago, A.G. now operates more than 100,000 square feet of manufacturing space to support increased production and future growth.
As part of continued operational improvements in 2026, A.G. relocated its machine shop and welding department to improve workflow and accommodate new manufacturing technology. Recent additions include a large CNC lathe and a collaborative welding robot (cobot), increasing machining capacity, welding throughput, and production efficiency.
The company has also reorganized key production areas to improve material flow, integrate new equipment, and create space for future manufacturing investments. These updates support A.G.’s continued efforts to increase manufacturing capacity and improve production processes.
The ongoing improvements come as A.G. celebrates 30 years in business while continuing to expand its manufacturing capabilities for the corrugated industry.
