About the Role
The Regional Sales Manager will be tasked with driving sales growth across assigned territories by developing relationships with customers, identifying business opportunities, and strategizing to meet sales goals. The role involves continuous communication with clients, preparation of sales proposals, negotiation, market research, and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure product and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Sales skills such as client relationship management, sales planning, and negotiation
- Knowledge of the manufacturing or custom machinery industry, preferably related to material handling or corrugated equipment
- Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey value propositions
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while supporting team goals
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools to manage sales pipelines
- Superb organizational and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

About the Role
This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Engineer. This role is tasked with driving sales growth across assigned territories by developing relationships with customers, identifying business opportunities, and strategizing to meet sales goals. The role involves continuous communication with clients, preparation of sales proposals, negotiation, market research, and close collaboration with internal teams to ensure product and service excellence. The candidate will analyze customer needs, offer tailored solutions, resolve technical inquiries, and collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. Additionally, the role involves preparing proposals, presenting technical information to clients, and contributing to achieving business development objectives.
Qualifications
- Sales skills such as client relationship management, sales planning, and negotiation
- Expertise in Sales Engineering for delivering technical solutions
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven ability to execute Sales strategies and drive business growth
- Proficiency in CRM software and tools to manage sales pipelines
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the manufacturing or corrugated material handling industry is a plus
