AG Stacker has been a leader and innovator in the custom manufacturing industry since 1996.
Clarence Allen, a former maintenance and plant manager of Packaging Services, along with his wife Helen, a former purchaser for a building supplies company, started A.G. Stacker with another couple. Clarence and Helen began a full-service rigging company for plant moves and redesigns, but ultimately they knew there was more to be done in the industry. They saw a lack of innovation in the converting industry machinery when it came to stackers. In 2000 they built their first RDC stacker, the AGS 2000, along with retrofitting many existing stackers with the upgrades and rebuilds the industry needed. A.G.’s mission has always been “Committed to Innovation”.
Fast forward 20+ years and A.G. has grown into a mid-size manufacturing firm. To go along with the AGS XRI Stacker, our product offerings have diversified to other equipment for converting lines. As the industry changes, so do we by offering the automation and customization that plant managers and owners need.
A.G. does more than assemble a machine. We make a machine that is built to endure the speeds and conditions of a box plant. We are #MadeInAmerica – cutting steel, machining parts, and building equipment from the ground up in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. We provide customer service with the intent of not only fixing a problem, but also building a relationship.
