Exhibiting at A.G. Booth #1115, the eXT™ Stacker Front End contains new patented and patent pending technology to better control scrap at higher rotary die cutter speeds. Modular and retrofittable, the eXT™ Front End requires no pits or floor work and is a part of the new eSERIES™ line of equipment that is all electric with no pneumatics or hydraulics.

At Booth #1115, Attendees can digitally run an exact HMI of an eBreak™ bundle breaker, an eZF Load Former and an eXT™ Front End System through DUO™ digital twin technology. A.G. will also feature collaborative digital technologies GO AG™ and SIMCORRA™, designed to give valuable insight, communication and structure to production floors and processes. With a full suite of solutions including bundle conveying systems, load formers, and bundle breakers, A.G. is innovating at the speed of the future.

A.G. is excited to announce the new eXT™ stacker front end system will be running live at SuperCorrExpo. Capable of up to 20,000 kph, the stacker retrofit is part of A.G.’s new fully electric, fully integrated eSeries™ equipment line. The equipment is patented and patented pending, featuring extreme scrap and sheet control with adjustable nips, internal process cameras, roll out capability and a modular design.

Interactive Digital Twins

A.G. will feature 3 DUO™ digital twin equipment stations, an exact digital blueprint of working A.G. machinery, for attendee HMI interactions. The digital twin stations showcase the eBreak™ bundle breaker and eZF™ load former systems, as well as one connected to the live eXT™ equipment. Collaborative Digital Technology

Browse through the GO AG™ digital application and witness its collaboration, customization and internal process capabilities. Create and test their own custom factory layouts, production runs and job configurations using the SIMCORRA™ planning simulation software. See it live at SuperCorrExpo!
